We offer:

  • Standard shipping: $6.9
  • Express shipping: $13.9
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our reach soon!


4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to monitor your package in real-time.


5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@vibeandchics.shop as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

8. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Yes! If you need a different size or color, contact us and we’ll help you process an exchange if the item is still in stock.


10. Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, the following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Swimwear (if the hygiene sticker or tags are removed)
  • Sale items
  • Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
